Requirements for a city to receive a portal.
Be a reasonable distance (500+ blocks) from any other portal.
Be admirable, organized, and well run.
Be more than 50x50 blocks, less than 500x500 blocks.
No requirement for amount of residences.
Pros:
Get to make the frame any blocks you wish. (That you own and provide)
Make the pathway (2x3) any blocks you wish. (That you own and provide)
Choose which portal (of the ones that are vacant) you wish to have.
Make money off of your city when you sell lots.
Cons:
You have to walk/boat to a location to be the desired distance. There is no tp.
Provide a bucket of water when your portal is being made.
Pay a fee to open your portal (300 credits)
If someone gets a portal next to you, before yours opens, tough shit.
